1. Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this terms and conditions document, the following words carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the betx4 platform.

2. Member Eligibility

Betx4 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and other digital payment methods listed in your account panel.

• All deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Betx4 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal of Wins

Your wins are yours — and betx4 is committed to ensuring every withdrawal is processed quickly and transparently. The following withdrawal guidelines apply to all members:

• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts (KYC complete).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's own name.
